Instructor Cristal Mortensen works with students on a combination of mat, reformer, cadillac and barrel intended to progress each student at their unique pace and to assist them in achieving their goals.

Initial consultation is one hour and fifteen minutes for $90. This includes a thorough health history, postural analysis and foundation work in breathing and pre-Pilates mat work.

Subsequent one hour sessions at our Diamond Head Studio are available by appointment for $75 each. A series of 5 one hour classes is $350. A series of 10 one hour classes is $700. (Series packages are not refundable.)

Periodic workshops are also offered.

Cancellation Policy: A 24 hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling a session. Otherwise the full fee will be charged.
