consultation is one hour and fifteen minutes at $90. This
includes a thorough health history, postural analysis
and foundation work in breathing and pre-Pilates mat work.
Subsequent private
one hour sessions are
$75 each at
our Diamond Head Studio and are available by appointment.
A series of 5 one hour
classes is $350. A
series of 10 one hour
classes is $700. (Series packages are not refundable.)
Periodic workshops are also
offered.
